A board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) is an expert in understanding and changing behavior. They work with anyone in need of behavioral support. BCBAs may work in clinics, schools, residential treatment facilities, adult care facilities, employment placement agencies, HR departments, retailers and sports organizations.
