What is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst?A board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) is an expert in understanding and changing behavior. They work with anyone in need of behavioral support. While BCBAs do have specialized knowledge and training in supporting students with disabilities, our understanding of behavior principles, data analysis, and evidence-based practices can benefit all STUDENTS and STAFF. Collaboration between BCBAs and staff can improve classroom management, create inclusive environments, and promote positive behavior school-wide.
